Short story about my life/art

I graduated in 2002 with the highest score at Academy of art in my hometown Perugia ( Italy ).

When I finished my degree, I decided that art was going to be the primary focus in my life.

I have always though about it, but then for the first time I understood that I couldn't do anything else than paint and create.

It is the opinion of many that a decision like this is quite foolish, as choices like this can go either up or down.

Even though I am quite young I did plenty personal exhibitions in my country and abroad ( Germany , Spain ) all followed by great critics and awards.

I am in London now, London helps me to create as no other city in the world has before.

I can feel pure energy in every corner, and this is what keeps me going.

My art

I spent most of my childhood alone with paper and colour, sitting in front of my father who is also a painter.

It took me 20 years to find my style and my authentic mark.

As you might have thought, “Pop art” is my favourite period, Andy Wahrol and Basquiat are my inspirations.

The main theme of my works is love.

I am working hard to find an elegant and original way to express this sublime feeling. Through my exciting colours I communicate the foolish state of mind that only love can let you reach.

I truly believe London will bring me success, as the vibrant energy of my paintings suits perfectly with the lively atmosphere of this great city.
